Q: How do you pack my cards?
A: Normally, orders of 1 to 4 cards are shipped in soft sleeves and top loaders inside a white envelope. Orders of 5 cards or more are shipped in soft sleeves and top loaders inside a bubble padded mailer. The cards sent via first class USPS mail. Rest assured, we will send cards in a way to ensure they are protected and undamaged.
Q: How long does it take to get my cards?
A: We normally ship your cards as standard mail through the USPS. Depending on the speed of USPS, the cards normally arrive within 3-7 days. For faster methods of delivery, feel free to contact us directly.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Purchases over $50 are shipped free. Shipping rates can be found here.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: You may pay by Paypal (Paypal.com), Cash, Money Order or check. All cash, money order and paypal orders are shipped within 48hrs of receipt of payment . All check orders are processed once your check clears. Obviously, we are not responsible for cash lost in the mail. (Note: We have a Verified Paypal account and only accept payments via Verified paypal members)
Q: Can you scan cards so I may view them?
A: We may do this on a case by case scenario. If it is an older card or high dollar card, requests are usually accepted. As you can imagine, multiple requests can be time consuming and burdensome. Either way, let us know your concerns.
Q: Do you trade cards?
A: Rarely. If it is a card I really want, I may consider. If a trade is agreed upon, I would expect to receive the proposed cards before shipping the agreed upon cards.
Q: Can you tell me about certain cards (Price, Type, etc)?
A: Unfortunately we rarely have to time to respond to these requests. That said, local dealers can often help with these kinds of requests. Furthermore, we have added a “resources” menu on our front page to assist you in getting the answer you seek!
Q: Do you sell unlisted to common cards to help complete my set?
A: Yes! I have listed (on the front page) all of the makers we have possible “fill” cards in. Send us the year, brand and numbers you are looking for. We will try and see what we have that matches.
Q: Do you give discounts?
A: Most of our cards are priced at 50% of Hi book Beckett value. Rookies are priced from 60 -75% of Beckett Hi book value. Often, on larger orders, we may give additional discounts, free shipping (orders over $50, etc).
Q: Do you sell cards for a living?
A: NO! The money we make is used to continue to restock our selection. This is a hobby and I am trying to teach my son how to run a site and enjoy collecting cards.
Q: Are your autograph cards authentic?
A: Yes. We only sell autograph cards that were seeded in packs. We do not sell autographed pictures, cards, etc from events where players sign them.
Q: Do you sell graded cards?
A: Yes. We do have some graded cards
